Bemærk venligst: Hvis du vælger at returnere alt på din afgivne ordre og samtidig benytter vores Returlabel, vil du ikke blive fratrukket 39,- DKK. Har du derimod købt flere varer på samme ordre og vælger at returnere noget af det, vil du blive trukket 39,- DKK for benyttelse af vores Returlabel.
Du har 30 dages fuld returret fra den dag, du modtager pakken.

We will make it easy for you by supplying a return shipping label with your order. You will also receive an email in your inbox from Webshipper with the return shipping label ready for download and print - in case of loosing it by mistake. Please notice that if GLS does not support your country with a GLS Parcel Shop, you are to cover the expenses of costs.
As you are responsible for the return, you will bear the return costs of DKK 239,-/EURO 32,-. This cost will be deducted the purchasing amount when we refund you the money.
How to return your package:

Please fill out the Return Policy form enclosed with your received invoice

Please return the products with their original packaging with all their labels intact

Attach the shipping label on top of the box and submit it to your relevant postage GLS office or GLS Parcel Shop.
If you choose to use our return shipping label, our address is already preprinted. If you choose to return the package without our shipping label, please send the package directly to:
